Our team of qualified and approved electricians provide electrical installation, maintenance and repair services for homeowners. All our work is certified on completion meeting BS standard BS7671.

Heating
- Electric heating and thermostat installation, maintenance, servicing and repairs (for Dimplex electrical heating systems), our work meets the new Lot20 energy efficiency standard

Smoke detectors
Since February 2022 Scottish legislation states that an interlinked fire and smoke alarm system must be fitted in a property and that there should be adequate Carbon Monoxide protection.
As a homeowner you must have:
- Smoke alarms in every circulation space on each storey, such as hallways and landings
- Smoke alarms installed in every kitchen
- All smoke and heat alarms should be interlinked
- Carbon monoxide alarms to be fitted where there is a fuel burning appliance or a flue
We can install and maintain home AICO smoke/heat detectors with certification.

We hold approved status from SELECT, the trade association for the Scottish electrical contracting industry, and our apprentices are approved through the Scottish Joint Industry Board (SJIB) scheme
