Our team of qualified and approved electricians provide electrical installation, maintenance and repair services for commercial properties. All our work is certified on completion meeting BS standard BS7671.

Commercial property certification
We offer electrical servicing and certification for commercial properties (5 years servicing).
Commercial buildings in Scotland are required to have a new Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) every five years. This is to ensure the property has an electrical installation that meets the latest safety standards.
We thoroughly inspect your property's electrical installation including the wiring, lights and fuse boxes These need to meet British Standard BS 76719 (IET Wiring Regulations). We can then recommend any repairs needed and complete the work. Following a successful inspection by our team we can create your Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR).
Emergency lighting
We can supply and install lighting and testing / key switches to meet BS 5266-1:2016 and BS EN 50172:2004 standards as well as the on-site testing at the required intervals depending on the property use:
- monthly
- 3 monthly
- 6 monthly
- yearly
Wiring & fuse boxes
- Rewiring with certification on completion meeting BS standard BS7671
- Fuse box installation and repairs meeting the latest standards surge protection standard / RCD (residual current device/circuit breaker) protection as required from 2024
- Earth bonding work (reducing the risk of electric shocks)
Testing
Our reliable, experienced contractors can provide:
- EICR- Electrical Installation Condition Report during this test the full installation and all circuits are tested providing the customer with a comprehensive report of the fixed electrics within the property
- Information on PAT testing and other required testing

We hold approved status from SELECT, the trade association for the Scottish electrical contracting industry, and our apprentices are approved through the Scottish Joint Industry Board (SJIB) scheme
